The University of Colorado decided to finally take a stand versus young marijuana smokers today with a bold strategy. The popular “quadrangle” (that sounds like a made up term…) is a spot where most students/colleagues/faculty/homeless and various others gather to celebrate the “Hollidaze” on the CU campus. Well, it seems like CU took a stand this year by using a fish-scented fertilizer to try and “weed” out the crowd. This sounds like a harsh punishment…but a free Wycleff concert on campus doesn’t sound like too bad of a lashing.
